Happy news, just spoke with the bank and the line of credit should be in place by tomorrow, meaning I can transfer the rest of the car payment to the dealer, meaning my new lovely Bimmer (this is what the cool BMW people call them) will be on a truck or atleast at the shipping company by Wednesday...
